What we should have done is distract him and one of us call James to put ten dollars down. Then give him the "Are You Serious?" speech. Told him how pathetic he is and then tell him to get the manager. Then tell the manager how sub-par the food and service is, show him the money, take it back and give him a dollar in nickles and dimes by throwing it on the floor. Make him pick it up in front of the entire restaurant and while he is down, kick him in the teeth.
