I went to Blackfoot's graduation today. It was the best one I've been to only because I actually knew and was friends with many of the graduates. I've come to realize that I really need to start being friends with people my own age because now, next year, I won't really have anyone to talk to at school that I can say is my close friend. Today while I was fishing I was thinking about the fact that life isn't fair. And I honestly came to the conclusion that I'm glad it isn't. Because while I was thinking about it I was threading a worm onto a hook - and I thought that if there is karma in the world, I deserve the same thing someday. I mean, a worm should have the right to get its revenge and string me end to end with a giant rod, right? And then throw me out into a gigantic river to be bitten to death and potentially swallowed by a humongous fish?

I'm glad life isn't fair.
