I've been replacing the ceiling of my upstairs bathroom, and in squeezing myself in on top of the shower stall to attach the new drywall I put much of my weight on a single point on the edge of my ribcage.
John got my foot back onto the ladder and I climbed. It hurt more the next day than right after I did it. As exhibited by the two sheets of drywall that went up after it happened.
My condolences. I am on the the wrong coast for swinging by and helping enforce sedentary and mellow with sippin' whiskey on the front porch. (Er.. I suppose I am on the right coast for the front porch this time of year, though.)
