One big happy family?

A few hours after the boys had it out with one another, I'd managed to shower, go out for food and be back. They seemed to be doing better now though, Angelus had stopped harping on Wes so much, and Wes was pretty much ignoring Angelus, and paying more attention to me. Looks like things won't be so bad afterall

Angelus and I had a pretty nasty brawl, but it seemed to get rid of our agression toward each other, at least for a while. At least we weren't screaming at each other in public anymore, so that was a plus. Still, I was still pretty beat up from it, and so was he, so we were avoiding each other right now.

"I'm not sure where he went. He probably went out to get something to eat." I moved over on the couch so that she could sit down if she wanted. "How has your evening been?"

I nodded when Wes said that Angelus went out to eat or something. When he asked how my evening had been I simply shrugged, "It's been fine,better now though." I told him with a smile as I moved closer to him on the sofa,then kissed him.

I smiled when she told me that her evening was better now that she was with me. "Mine's certainly starting to look better as well." I kissed her back and wrapped my arms around her.

"So I take it that the two of you settled things?" I asked as I moved closer to him,and kissed him again. At least now things seemed to be looking up as far as our twisted family dynamic.
