I just want to stop feeling. i want my mind to stop racing. i want to stop thinking. i want to beable to breathe. i want to beable to stop crying. i want to be numb. but for some reason i cant shut myself off this time.

I feel wierd. I feel numb all over and yet my brain wont stop racing, i keep randomly crying, and icant really breathe. Today's awesome.

I had forgotten how good it feels to lay in bed all comfy listening to music and just letting your thoughts wander.

So its valentines day woopdiedoo lolol amys home which is awesome i think shes coming with me to mels today which is cool ;p. i honestly dont get it i really dont. how one minute everything can be fucking great and the next everythings gone to shit. i feel like i got punched in the stomach i cant breathe. today has just been one big panic/anxiety attack i wonder how it will end and its only noon. wow. great day.
