A necessity of every kitchen, and I can't believe I've lived here since September without it:  Texas Pete hot sauce. It is so delicious. On plain ole' rice, on veggies, on eggs... dinner last night was rice + Texas Pete.  This reminds me of the time when Sara walked in while I was eating peanut butter out of a jar and stared at me in disgust.  At

Me neither, as long as I'm the only one consuming it. The remnants of all refridgerated natural PB usually gets unspreadable towards the end, so the only choice is to eat it as is or toss it. I love PB, and I would never waste it by tossing it in the garbage. So eat it I must. For the good of all mankind.
