Sounds like the temperatures I remember in high school. During the winter, they'd have the air conditioning on. This is New Jersey, mind you.

They'd have the heat on during the summer too...

I think we have heat. I mean, I've heard rumors. It works in random places around the school. And now the system is broken and is going to take until Wednsday to fix, so they told us to bring warm clothes to class.
