i just ran for atleast 45 minutes.
i'm sweaty, hot and tired.
but i feel great.
thank god for "the showdown" and "the number 12 looks like you" both of which make great running music.
 

i leave on saturday for 9 days.

i'm not looking forward to it.....

i'm home.

for 4 days.

what happened  in the UP

drove around 9 or so hours to get there
got to the house we stayed at, meet the juggalo who's room i was using. got changed, showered and headed out to see the family.
got there gave around 45 hugs to various family members, than went to find the ones i wanted to see.
