today i ran a mile and then pole vaulted. it was fun.

i've always wanted to try, but im too scared!

ok jamie. if you pole vaulted...well wait. imagine rosie pole vaulting??!! AHH! like i was saying though...if you pole vaulted i would have to be there with a white flag cheering you on!
