i'll be in maryland...dec. 17-26 and be in the bay for new year's and my bday.

i don't know if i got to say congrats on the place...CONGRATS! guess who's going to be homeowners next year? we don't close until end of jan, beginning of feb.(as they say...who knows when we'll close. at least we have our deposit in!) wish us luck!
