is it that big of surprise when you hear someone say that they want to meet someone that will make their heart skip a beat or to hear that they would love to see someone for the first time and know that its that person they are to meant to be with?

I think that is a load of crap,somewhat a load of crap.
Hmm..soulmates? Kindrid-spirits? destiny's intertwin? I'm not so sure.
Unless they have meet the person and have thing in common with them and can relate to them..how can this be true?
