I'm in desperate need of book recommendations! I'm going to the bookstore for the first time in forever tomorrow (today, whatever) and I'm looking for new books to read. I don't really know how to describe what type of books I like, probably just anything that's really, really good. So, just any of your favorite books or whatever. Please and thank

Ooooh, yay! Reading!
Some of my all time favorite books are:
The Road, A Separate Peace, A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius, Three Weeks with My Brother, Never Let Me Go, and Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close.
I also really enjoy the His Dark Materials series.

That covers a bunch of genres... hopefully you'll be able to find something you like!
