19 and 20 are the most useless years to turn. people should just go from 18 to 21 so that for a whole year you smoke cigarettes, buy playboy mags, and sign up for credit cards...then the next year you drink at every bar you can find. then go to 25 so that you can rent a car from an airport....maybe not

in NY you have to be 18 with a credit card in your name to rent a car .. but its not from the airport
