I feel like all of the stress that you could think is coming down on me. I mean, it could be worse. I felt so helpless yesterday...Pastor Brent has been having anxiety attacks and last night was the final straw. We all gathered around to pray for him and I felt useless. justin i pray for even when nothing is wrong. i pray for u more than i pray for myself. all those people at church care so much about u justin. if u were the one having the attacks they'd be right there with u praying. and u are helping. ur helping shane. look what you have done for him already just by bringing him with u. your not helpless. u do what u feel is necessary. and im so happy that we are doing so great. we have gotten so strong. and its made me strong in more than one way.

Thank you. I just need some time to think things out. It seems like there is a pattern with me. Everytime I start to feel like this I let myself get to the lowest point I possibly can and then I try and redeem myself. I don't like doing that and it sucks! I just want to be how I used to be, when nothing phased me and I wasn't affriad to pray. I know that I can't do it on my own, I just need to work up the courage to ask for help. Thank you.

well, im here if you need help with anything. why are you afraid to pray? it sounds like you need to go in your room and put on the best worship music you have and just cry out to God. seriously just bawl your eyes out. it always works for me. find someone close that you know is a strong Christian and talk to them about whatever your going through. that way you wont have to bear the burden alone and they'll be able to pray for you...
