To me, there's not really a question about it- you should go with what your gut is telling you is right. If you're willing to take a risk and accepting of the possible consequences of said risk further on down the road, then perhaps that path is the one for you.
If you feel more secure with the current job situation and happy with the pay there despite the stress, then stick with that one.
Sometimes we must take chances and other times it is better for us to stay put.
Listen to whatever it is your soul is singing to you, and follow it through, no regrets.
Whatever decision you make, however, realize that it is the right one for you at this point in time, and do not second-guess yourself, no matter where you find yourself later on down the road.

If you don't want your soul-crushing job, give it to someone who needs the money so much that they will enjoy having ANY job. 8D Sounds like a plan to me.
