[It's only inevitable that with both of them heading to the plaza at the same time, the two will cross paths. On a bridge, perhaps, because it's rather appropriate and Sokka felt like taking the long route to school. It gives him an excuse to go by Winry's house... and incidentally, the "Freedom Fighters" too. He suspects it probably drives them crazy. Bonus?

So when he spots Fenimore (on bridge or road), he can't help but notice that outfit and isn't able to restrain an amused smirk. He doesn't really see the problem here, given outfits in Luceti, but he does recognize it as being outside her usual style.]
