I'm really excited to read more of this, but there are a few minor spelling and grammar errors. I'm just trying to give you some constructive criticsm.
Oooooh I love it! I really really want to hear more and see how it turns out. Dr. Cox is being such a good guy right now, supporting JD like that. Awww! And very In Character. Keep going, I will cheer you on!
Thanks for the characterization compliment. :) I was worried I had written Cox a little to nice, but I suppose he would be this nice if JD was sick with cancer. :)
Is this part of a series? Nice start :) What kind of cancer? I'm suprised JD thought it was just a cold, being a doctor... But I guess that's why doctors make the worst patients!
Im not sure what kind of Cancer, and since i'm now planning on continuing the fic I'm gonna have to do some research, lol. But yea, I think JD knew he was sick, he just wanted to deny it to himself somehow, and saying it was a cold seemed good hehe. But yes, doctors really do make bad patients. Thanks for reading :)

Poor JD. God, I hate cancer...
I loved the part were Perry tells JD he'll do anything for him and he won't let him die.(:
I really hope there would be more to that because I would really like to read it.
