I don't agree or disagree with abortions. personally, I'd never have one myself but I think it's the persons situation at the time
wasn't exactly pleasant to read, but thank you for sharing :)

Thank you for your comment! I understand your difference and your views. Abortion is a very personal thing and I can't exactly generalise it, for everything and everyone is different.

Exactly! -cling- My braaaain twin. If it's dangerous or immoral (rape, etc.) then yes, I understand... if there's health issues with mommy or baby, then yeah.. it's probably for the best...

But any other reason.. and..

... Appetite:: -gone-

Ok, i will never be anti abortion, but I have to agree that that site shocked me. I can't believe women can have abortions at 30+ weeks, that's awful. I thought the latest was 20-24 weeks.

I know.. I never actually knew of the process. I didn't know what I must have thought it was... how else can you remove a baby? And yeah.. British parlament are trying to make it legal at 23+ >< Trust a government full of men to make such a wise choice..

I also feel I should mention health here as another reason for me being pro choice, i've been severly depressed for years and due to this my body is pretty much giving up on me. My doctor has advised me that if i ever become pregnant, I should have an abortion because my body is so tired and i'm so ill all the time, that there is little chance i could go full term and she doesnt think my body could cope with pregnancy or miscarriage. She also said that should i go full term, i'm a severe risk for post natal depression and i've seen the effects that has on families and i dont think i could put my family through that. So should i ever fall pregnant i'd have a very hard decision to make.

I have no words. I agree with everything you said. Abortion is a very touchy subject, I know I could never do it. I couldn't imagine being a mum at my age (I'm 20) but if I ever fell pregnant (impossible, anyway, gotta have sex!) I would never, ever have an abortion.

Despite not only the health risks, it's a child, a living breathing creature, created from you. I just don't understand how anyone could kill their child.

I understand that people who are raped are more inclined to abort, but...I just find it hard to accept either way.

Sorry, I'm fairly non-verbal when it comes to things like this.

I find myself luffing you more and more with each passing comment >< The trouble is my views are very personal... just like you, I could never even imagine doing such a thing. Even if abortions were risk free and not so ridiculous barbaric.. I really couldn't imagine myself destroying that tiny life.

Thank you so much for your comment! Your views are very important to me =)

I very rarely talk about my views, because like yours, they are personal. What I think and what I'd do is something important to me, but when it comes to something like this, I think more people (women, mostly) need to take a stand and say this isn't right ( ... )

In England, there's a huge issue with teenage pregnancy. At fourteen, I'm considered weird because I'm still a virgin, and intend to be until I find a guy who actually cares for me, loves me, and respects me and my wishes.

What really gets to me is when abortion is used as birth control. I have heard of women who don't like condoms, don't like the pill.. so if they get pregnant, it's an abortion for them.

It's indespicable.. in society today there tends to be a general theme of lack of responsibility. People know very well what happens when you have sex, and yet they pay no attention to it..

Never feel sorry for your comments, I love reading them ^^

I know what you mean, its shocking how many 13yr old mothers there are today. I did plenty of kissing at that age but nothing else. Like you, i've not had sex yet and i'm 24, altho my reasons for this are mainly because i dont trust anyone enough. I was almost raped about 3yrs ago and since then the idea kinda scares me. And because of the almost rape, this is why i believe in prochoice. But i'm finally in a good realtionship with a man i love and trust and at some point, sex is gonna happen and i'm so gonna be prepared precaution wise, because I the last thing i want to have to do is make a decision like do i keep a baby or not.

I'm so sorry that you had to experience that, sweetheart, and I understand that abortion is such a personal matter. Everyone is going to have their own opinions based upon their own experiences. You wouldn't expect everyone to have a child, or everyone not to have a child, just as you wouldn't expect everyone to have an abortion and vice versa.
