What? No, No, No! Natalia needs to stuck with Olivia and then kick some Mallet's ass! Know why she is doing this- trying to protect Olivia but going to confront Mallet or talk to Vizzini's is so a bad idea. Mallet is one toaster short of a pop tart and meeting Vizzini's just seems like...no, no no!

Please update soon!

oh but where's the fun in Otalia sticking together all the time? Hee! there has to be some highs and lows; without any angst, there will not be any relief! :p

"Mallet is one toaster short of a pop tart" <--Haha! That's a hilarious way of putting it :D I'll try and get an update in today or tomorrow!

Noo, nooo ... oh no. This is so wrong for so many reasons. Didn't she learn that together with Olivia she's stronger and facing a mobster, criminal or what ever Vizzini is ... alone!! Hello, that has stupid painted all over.
Besides what could Natalia offer Vizzini for "his help" besides her body. Does she want to open that can again, now she has Olivia?
And why do I have a sickening feeling that Natalia will leave for good? With all her it's my fault thinking.
Olivia better notices Nat missing soon.

I was so happy you update - BEFORE I read it - now not so happy anymore!

ah but this is a story... *grin* actually, I would leave too, if I were Natalia. I think Paul getting hurt was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back. I wouldn't want Olivia or worse still, Emma, to be next on the list, seeing that Mallet has already come so close to their sanctuary. It's realistic, and I'm sticking to that! :p

Now you play the realistic card ... as if picking up a hooker who turns out to have a kid with a guy who's life you're suppose to make miserable is realistic :p
As for realistic think I'm more the Olivia type I would not leave without a fight. Trying to make it/him stop.
Anyway it's not me or you it's Natalia and she certainly has a tendercy to go the easy way and run. And if I'm honest - do not keep reading, private thoughts alert - it wouldn't be half as much fun reading as it is if everything would go smoothly :D

I'm not playing the realistic card, I'm writing a story and when doing so, there are certain things that have to come into play, and that includes coincidences and twists and angst. Plus, this is an AU of a soap! But given the premises, and the genre, I'm still trying to be realistic within the fic--in the way people act, speak, etc. so yeah, I'm sorry if that's not good enough.

So the plot takes a turn for the nasty and Natalia takes a turn for the noble. Tis the nature of Otalia for one to stick ones neck out for the other. And it so makes sense for Natalia to be the one to risk impalement on her own sword. She could also end up an inconvenient witness. What is that girl planning?

Oh it's so good to hear someone agree that they're acting in accordance to their character!

"she had to be Jessica in order to leave" That makes such good sense. I hate hearing that she needs to revert to that survival mode, but she is now as protective as Olivia is of Emma. This is such high drama....really, I am in stomach turning angst....and it's going to get worse before you make it all right again, because YOU HAVE TO put them back together again, you are nor one of those mean authors. Are you? Noooooooo, you aren't!

and, as I have to re-read your chapters until the next is up:
"No," Natalia said, shaking her head. "That was a 'you're everything I could ever want' reference."
Loved that.....and my angst meter is still in the red zone!
