Wow, I haven't posted about my life in forever.
Ummm...
Still doing push ups. I gave up on the 6 week plan. Now I do 4 sets of 25 (almost) every morning. Working on a plan fro crunches. My weight seems to be stuck in the 190s. So i guess my only option is to shift it from fat to muscle.
