Slight loss of hair...

Dec 02, 2008 16:26

I went to cut and colour my hair again on Saturday. I cut my hair like two, three times a year, since I'm trying to grow it long. It was short for quite a while and I wanted to see what long hair would feel like, again.

So... At the hairdresser, I pick a dark red colour from their palette and the hair guy starts swabbing my scalp with colour paste ( Read more... )

I've been wondering how you're doing.

Short hair is a good & pretty option. :)

I've been working a lot and been really tired...also finally started to look into some of my problems on a deeper level and trying to figure everyting out.

i had a period in my life in which my hair was really thin and falling out. It turned out to be a combination of hormones (i was starting puberty) and the lack of some vitamins. I also cut it shorter and in layers then, it won't look so thin then

I am most definitely not in puberty, but it could be a vitamin deficiency. I've been thinking of getting some vitamin B supplements, as it's good for both hair and skin (my acne is getting worse, too).

vitamins are definetely a possibility! a colleague of mine has the same problem and since she's taken vitamin supplements, she's doing better

I will make it my New Year's resolution to take more vitamin B, then. :)

I got your letter today. :)
You asked if I'd like to receive a deco you have and I think my only criteria is that if it's not covered with plastic tape I will take it. I have major difficulties in passing on the plastic covered decos..
which leads to my question for you:
I have a bunch of plastic covered (+ some other) decos here and I don't have anyone to send them to. Would you mind if I send them to you? There's nothing wrong with these decos as such but they just are not the kind of decos i swap these days.

Yes, I get the non-plastic ones every once in a while now, since I found some new swappers on Facebook. :) Sure, send me the decos you can't pass on. It's better that they get moving. :)

I know what you mean, I've been out of time and energy here. Mostly energy and inspiration, I guess... Yes, maybe we can meet next year instead!
