Just a heads up back at you:
I said, "If you catch up on your current child support ... I would not say another word to you about the debt owed to us." That means I would not say more if you bring your child support debt to Gabi down to ZERO.
Paying $50 (about 2% of what you currently owe) does not constitute "catching up." (It's not even a decent tip.) You would have to pay her $400 a month just to catch up by January, 2006.
I, too, "find it far more important to take care of the kids."
When you pay enough to be caught up, I will concede that you are actually taking care of them. ...

[1] “... at this point it is only a spoken agreement.”
FYI: Spoken agreements are as binding as written agreements. They just aren’t enforceable by law. How one fulfills a spoken agreement is a reflection of character - or lack thereof.
[2] Correct. You have the legal right to protest the children visiting us. In fact, if you ever have a legitimate grievance with us in that area, I insist that you lodge a formal complaint with the authorities.
[3] “...I even overlook pass indescretions on your part even when you do not allow me the same courtesy.”
Enlighten me, please - what were my “pass indescretions?” I can only recall one past indiscretion, fibbing about having my own LJ. What were the others?
