well, the earth day gig is over. hooraaaay. it was fun, but a lot of work. between putting together the system, tracking down power cables, dealing with the grounds, hauling stuff from austin to san marcos, etc., i'm exhausted. tomorrow we return all the gear and it's finally over. i must say though, native american tostadas are delicious. imagine ( Read more... )

well friends, it's been a long week and i'm super excited about having a day off tomorrow. the first two sessions at cheatham street studio were very successful. worked with forest wayne allen on thursday and tracked acoustic guitars for all 11 songs on his record. friday was a singer/songwriter guy who got a day of studio time as a birthday gift.
