I saw the news today about the site being taken down by the U.S. Justice Department AND I AM INCREDIBLY PISSED.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHY BILLS LIKE SOPA AND PIPA NEED TO BE STOPPED.

Ironically, MU was shut down right after the mass online SOPA/PIPA protest. It's as if they timed it on purpose to assert their power in the face of this protest.

even though we had mass protests in all of the major cities here in Europe since ACTA was from the EU government. It had to be put on the list for revision since some of the countries refused to sign it. (THANK GOD!)

If any of those pass, the internet will be in distress and coma lol XD

Hmmm, last news I heard were from my mom (who is somewhat more in connection with the outside world than I am), and she said something about how it didn't pass. That's all I know, I didn't double check.

By the way this is a really random and somewhat stalker-ish question from me but is your mom unsraws_bitch? If she is, she must be the most awesome mother ever since you can be so open around her and she's so open-minded! I seem to remember reading somewhere in your journal in one of the comments she mentioned she was your mom. If I have totally got this wrong, then this question is extremely awkward.
