Today I lost my best buddy and companion. Maurice has been and will always be the standard to which I hold all cats. It is so hard to think about not having him around. It feels like I am lost now. I am depressed forever. I will never be able to thank Kerry for her incredible support.

i never knew maurice. however, you seemed to rub elbows with the best of the best, so i have no doubt he was a remarkable being.
i, too, know what it's like to lose a cat.
