Letting go of anger about things that have occurred in the past is difficult and sometimes feels insurmountable. We get stuck and hold on to our anger,

So nice.But is is very hard.I still found it impossible to not think of the past.Always blaming me for that i made the mistakes to be let go with the flow.
The mistakes can't be repaired,just maybe to prouve to them that harm us and to ourselfs that we can be winners,we can have what we want and seack so much.
But the wounds will still be bleeding.Are too fresh,to go away.

even for now on,i keep tried to let go my past and to forgive my self and the one that hurted me,but like what you have said,that wound will not really disappear from our heart,we will always live with that scar.

but for move on we have to, even for a little by little we have to let go and face our future,we are so precious at least begin to think like that from our self,before someone speak like that to us.
