You know, I don't think it's too much to ask for our next president to have an IQ that doesn't dance along the edge of technical retardation.

Well, it's all part of his master plan. Mild mental retardation is defined as an IQ below 80. IQ score is based on average intelligence scores (100 is always perfectly average). With Bush's no child left behind program and other educational cuts, the nation's intelligence level will go down enough so that Bush's IQ would go from 80 to probably 85-90ish without his having to learn a thing.

That's a horrible thought- I never considered my IQ (somewhere around 140) to be that fantastic until I realized how stupid people really are. The very *idea* that people will actually get stupider as a whole makes me want to grab a razor and pull an "emo moment."

Still, it scares me even more that you could very well be right.

It would be interesting to see whoat it would look like for the American public to be dumber, yes. I thought that reality TV was the scraping off the bottom of the bucket, but theoretically there's more.
