 And so, because we are finally feeling the downturn of the economy in Japan, I was tasked, along with the next oldest newbie, to hand out a bunch of flyers (that come with free pens!) for 1.5 hours on a Saturday afternoon from 315 to 445.
I wasn't as embarrassed as I thought I would be. And while I did try to hit out at the good looking guys first

I guess it's the free pens that work, making the obasans take them too.

I helped an ex-friend before at giving at pamphlets in the heart of the city, Orchard Road, and it wasn't a pleasant thing one bit. Let's just say not all the people in the world are that friendly and approachable. And for that matter, I wasn't paid for the job either!
