Oh my, I love these two when they are all domestic together. Its just so sweet and easy between them. And they are both so happy, I want this for them so badly!

The plot twist was clever and cute. I think also true, while alive Dean will never be able to stop his need to save people and Cas will always be trying to watch out for him.
