What does each different style mean? Bold, underline, *, italic?

Original directions:
Bold the ones you actually like.
Underline the ones you really hate.
Italicize the ones you're on the fence about.
Star* songs you've never heard.

However, I think she forgot to un-star stuff when she gacked from me. s:) Proof of the ADD?

i'm lazy. I figure if there is a unique type-case you simply eliminate the asterisk from the equation.
