PS2 suggestion

Ok, since I finally have a PS2 again I'm looking for fun games I might have missed out on in the last couple years. I'm already planning on getting Shadow of the Colossus and the Katamari games and have MGS3 to play through, what are some other games I might want to look into getting?

Hmm... My game of choice right now would be Soul Calibur 3. It just came out last week. If you are into fighters. Also, there is the new Mortal Kombat Deceptions that is another fun fighter. Just don't play the two together, you might get buttons confused.

Yeah, I was thinking about SC3, the SC games have a bad effect on Erin though since being ignored for Soul Caliber 2 is what drove her to me in the first place.

A little of both, mostly just what other people have enjoyed, I'm generally not much of sports game fan but that's about it, I play racing games, fighters, FPS's, the almighty RPG, and of course the ever popular kooky-genreless-Japanese game genre.

I remember playing a Demo of the first Klonoa game on PS1 ages ago and it was pretty fun, I used to enjoy Tekken so 5 might be worth taking a look at. Gradius tempts me too, used to spend days playing Lifeforce on the NES, think I might have to plop that and an NES emu onto the hard drive in my PS2.
