This is very cool. Great job on vocals and fantastic job on the oud, an instrument I had very limited familiarity with until the festival. On the left, playing the oud, is Mohammed (one of the many ;) who was one of my students the 1st part of the semester. International Festival, Japan
The other day I mentioned the International Festival, along with the performances of the students from various countries including Japan and Saudi Arabia. Here, for your viewing pleasure, is the Japanese girls' amazing dance performance they put on for us. Nothing has made me more proud to be the instructor of this incredible group of students.

Wonka's gotten older
And no less meaner. Dad wanted to get a good picture of Wonka with his mouth closed and vampire teeth sticking out. In order to do this, he decided to get the cat riled up and proceeded to push him to me so he could snap shots... while I got my arm punctured like a bloody cheese grater.
