I'm ok, here's our updates:

Mel and I are married now.
Mel had surgery that went fine and is back to work.
October's money got all screwed up because of a snafu with my vacation time not being submitted, so we're going a bit nuts.
Our friend Tim moved back to Chicago.
We're trying to find our own place. Need to try to make it on our own as a family.
