That's one of the problems I had when I moved to Ragnarok. I started from scrap and met new people, which I loved! But I became easily too trustful and when there started being "teams", well, it got hard. Even at the final stage and being in the LS through the hard times I still had to hear that I wasn't a "true member" myself. Anyway, hope you like the new Salvage LS you're in! I still check your blog from time to time, I'm just too lazy to post.
PD: I'll pick FFXIV as well! And I plan to start it with SpikeFlail people! Hopefully this time I won't feel so second class. ;D
Hey Sofo, long time no talk! I kind of understand what you're saying. For me, the people weren't the problem. A very few rubbed me the wrong way, but most of them were really cool. For me, I think the problem was I kept comparing my new experiences to Karasu, and I just felt like I didn't belong as a unit within a whole, if that makes sense.. For me, my best times were during the glory days of Karasu, and I know those will never comes back.
Yep! I quit around October or so, because of my new University/work schedule, but I plan on coming back on the June patch! There was just no real time to be on at all, and when I wanted to be on, there was always something going on SF that clashed with what I wanted to do, so I left endgame... then I realised that's what made it fun for me, lol. (That and having nobody to talk to, since my boyfriend schedule was weird at that time)
Anyway! I'll get back to FFXI (at least for some time) and FFXIV, and I surely will be blogging. E: (Still have to update about MKE -lol-)
Hey man it's "Pin" from Titan/Karasu/Abunai. Just glad to see you are doing well and wanted to say heyas. Hope Merona is doing well also senor. Also just outta curiousity was wondering if you and Steve ever gave DDO a try since you are both DnD nerds like me lol. It is a super fun game and I think you two would enjoy it. ANyway gotta take off. Also what are your thoughts about the new level cap? Been talking/texting "Vilhem" and she will not comment one way or the other.
Hey bro. Good to hear from you. Are you still playing XI? I'm doing OK, thanks. Just more of the same - work and game. I moved in with my gf finally, so my playtime has been cut down a lot haha. But, it's for the best. I never actually tried DnD online, but I know Mero has. He's doing well, btw. He plays Aion now. I get the impression that Vil hasn't really been playing much XI herself. At least that's what she tells me when she texts me while bored in class. How's the new house working out for you?
