N.B. - while feeling wretched, partly due to post-festival trough, The Bridge probably isn't the most uplifting of movies to watch.

Especially after having just seen Dead Man's Shoes.

Still, both good movies for different reasons.

Maybe later there will be some kind of post detailing the joyous self-destruction of the past weekend. Huzzah!

I love Dead Man's Shoes, with it's lovable comical gangster archetypes, madcap capers, and jolly revenge scenario.

Similar thing happened to me with Enduser in April (COMA4 @ Montreal) and we ended drinking buddies on that night.

I was only invisible on Sunday - I managed to catch Hidden and Drumcorps, but was close to collapse so went back to the hotel for some sleep.

I seem to have a knack for this slagging off - I've done the same to Sneaky Bat Machine/Goetki and VNV. Should I be ashamed? ;)
