Oh no worries. The only thing I can say (and this is having gone to a few shows they've put on) is that you have to be there at least half an hour early. They always overbook seats, so it's best to get inside as quick as possible.

Oh and sorry for taking so long to reply. I'm crap at this Internet thing :v
