the fact people left by noon couldn't have anything to do with the fact 14 people were arrested, the back gate had been cleared by police, and the facility was already essentially closed for the day. nope, couldn't be that, must have been the resolve. the fact 14 people were arrested couldn't have had anything to do with the fact that those people were blocking a public street and not just NREC's gate, the fact that the protest really didn't successfully get its point across so that the message has to be changed at the last minute in order for the event not to be a failure (cf. http://organizepittsburgh.org/m2/ eigth paragraph down.) nope, couldn't be that, must have been the earnest desire in each policeman's heart to engage in some old fashioned brutality. Come on, lets at least be honest with ourselves if we're going to comment on things.
