would you like some recommendations of places to make deeper connections. mostly i have done it by doing work-study or work trade at healing communities or retreat centers. i have always found a "different breed" of people...self aware, conscious, personal growth-integrity oriented ( ... )

i am living in the proof that not all relationships are founded or feed on drama. relationship can be a spiritual practice, a evolutionary fast-track, a canvas of personal reflection.
the drama emerges when one doesn't realize that one is looking in the mirror.
the drama comes to distract from true issues
"grow or suffer".
not to say there is no suffering and strain in my relationship...we just hold those things in the perspective that they are emerging from the healing process.

You see, I don't think so much of what goes on in the world as something that requires healing. Or maybe I define 'healing' differently than you do.

I do not think that softness/sensitivity can win out in our world. It just feels too... slow.

The world most of America lives in is not one that tolerates much reflection. In the cities, yoga is something you do on your lunch break, before or after running to Jamba Juice and/or Starbucks.

For me personally, the help that I want is help finding a job that I don't feel like a fool being in. I simply cannot stand the idea of giving time for money to something I care nothing about. That's really all it is.

I recognize that I must work, that I have debts, but I don't want to hate how I have to spend my time. I value time too much. There is enough time to feel everything, but not to know everything.
