well it turned out that we did have to run...im so out of shape...i knew i shoulda ran during the summer...but i was gone alot...oh well...also before i went to practice...i had to walk to heathers house...it was soooooooooo hott...im sure its like a mile and a half or maybe 2 miles i dunno...to walk from my house to hers...it sucked...but i did it
