I can't believe another year has gone by and I'm posting about the fourth X Files Big Bang. Where does time go? As most of you who follow the comm will know, we didn't have many contributions last year. I'm hoping to run the Bang again this year, but I'm considering a different format. I like the idea of a multi-category big bang but I don't know what differentiates it from a fest so if you decided to go with that, you should probably move the date to different time so it runs opposite XF_is_love. Any of the three (traditional Big Bang, Reversebang, or Multi-category Bang) sounds great to me.

I think the main thing that would differentiate it from a fest is that people would still have to post their first draft by a certain date to allow the summaries to be posted for others to claim. There'd also be a final reveal so things would be anonymous up until then. I'm still working through the logistics though, but depending on what timelines suit people I'll think about moving it so it doesn't clash.
