Kid = creepy, especially when he smiles. I also liked it when Doggett tricked him into thinking he'd set the house on fire! You're right that it's odd that Scully would be too grossed out by an autopsy report to eat her lunch; I assume it was there for comedic effect, but it doesn't make much sense when you consider the Bad Blood mushroom pizza thing, ha ha.
This was a neat X-File overall, but I kind of wish there would've been a tiny bit more explanation about HOW this kid can manifest his imagination like that. Oh well. The end was neat, where they had him in front of all those TV sets. Kind of felt like an older ep, when they'd just lock the bad guy up and hope for the best, lol. I also liked all the "What would Mulder do?" parts, except that it just kind of made me sad because everyone here has been saying all season how pretty much every episode that was really bad would've been awesome if Mulder were in it. :P
Scully having Mulder's badge out in the open makes me think of this ficlet

I like this one, too. Especially the things you mentioned under "Things I loved most". :) The autopsy scene in Scully's kitchen is hilarious, from her apron to her using normal household equipment, to the guy babbling in the background. Love it.
I too liked this one. I really enjoy Harrison and her (almost) boyfriend and even if it's poking fun at the fans who miss Mulder and the MSR, I think it's pretty damn hilarious.
