Binged 3 times this week, mostly on healthy stuff but still. On those days I haven't been gym, so I only went 2 days this week. Feel like shit to be fair. Can't seem to control it :( no idea what's triggering it.
Sounds like you're having such a rough time. I controlled my bulimia by writing a food diary noting how I felt before and after what I'd eaten and this helped me identify my trigger situations, trigger emotions and trigger foods. It made everything a lot clearer and made me feel a bit more in control of everything. I think when I identified what caused me to binge I was able to find other strategies for dealing with it
