Jackson Rathbone.
Ashley Greene.
Simple dialogue and actions. Nothing special except cuteness&chemistry.
Mom (via text): Call me when you get to Oregon. I want to know that my baby made it there ok.
[Jackson rolled his eyes, chuckled, and closed his phone.]
Ashley (into the phone): Yeah, yeah. I'll call you when I get there, Mom.
[Jackson looked in Ashley's direction, sitting on the other side of the bench.]
Ashley: It's going to be boarding soon. I have to go. Yup. Talk to you soon. Mwah.
[Ashley hung up on her cell phone and put it back in her bag. She sighed and rubbed her temples.]
Jackson: Hey, don't worry. My mom does the same thing to me.
[She seemed startled and looked at Jackson. She smiled.]
Ashley: Don't all moms?
[He smiled back.]
Jackson: Guess so.
[She contemplated Jackson for a second and then held out her hand.]
Ashley: I'm Ashley.
[Jackson shaked her hand.]
Jackson: Name's Jackson.
Ashley: Hmm. You have a Southern accent. I like it.
Jackson: You have brown eyes. I love them.
[Ashley giggled and looked down.]
Ashley: So, if you're not from around here, what are you doing in Florida?
Jackson: I was doing some auditions.
Ashley: Oh, do you act?
Jackson: Yeah.
Ashley: Me, too! I'm actually taking this flight to the set of my new movie.
Jackson: Same here. Wait, are you-
PA System: Gate 29C now boarding. Gate 29C now boarding.
Ashley: That's us. What seat do you have?
Jackson: Seat...
[He checks his ticket.]
Jackson: 4A.
Ashley: Seat 4B...
[And they knew, at that moment, that they'd be co-stars because they were told they'd be sitting next to each other - even if they didn't know it at the time - so they could get to know each other sooner. They both smiled and boarded the plane together.]
