Chapter 6. :)
Jackson Rathbone.
Ashley Greene.
Simple dialogue and actions. Nothing special except cuteness&chemistry.
[Jackson walked back into his trailer and slammed the door shut.]
Jackson: Maybe Ashley isn't the one. Maybe I should move on. I should've known she was a stuck up ex-model who would never go out with a guy like me. It was all an act.
[He plopped down on the couch and buried his face in his hands.]
Jackson: Ugh, I'm such an idiot. I shouldn't just sit here, wallowing in my self-pity. I'm going to go right up to her and say how I feel, and that'll be it. It'll be done. And after we're done filming, I won't have any more to do with her. We'll both move on.
-With Ashley-
[Ashley had gone back to her trailer as well. She looked at her swollen eyes in the mirror for she had been silently crying. She avoided being seen by someone on her way there so no one would get involved.]
Ashley: WHAT THE FUCK, ASHLEY?! WHY ARE YOU SUCH A SCREW UP? WHY DO YOU HAVE TO GET EVERYTHING WRONG?!? ALL THE TIME!
[She started picking up shoes and throwing them against the wall angrily. Eventually, she ran out of them and slide down the wall, crying heavily.]
Ashley: But in the end, we both ended up hurt...
[There was a knock on the door.]
Unknown voice (male): Ashley? You in there? I tried calling you before coming but your phone was off. Can I come in? It sounds like you're crying.
[Ashley wiped away her tear quickly and got up, opening the trailer door with a make up smudged face.]
Ashley: Ian?
Ian: Hey, Ash. What's wrong? What happened?
Ashley: It's nothing... What are you doing here? I thought you were going to pick me up after work.
Ian: I was but I wanted to come by and say hi. I just couldn't wait until tonight.
Ashley: That's really sweet, Ian.
[He had on a sheepish smile, looking down at the ground. Then he looked back up with a serious look on his face.]
Ian: But it seems like you're upset. Can you tell me?
Ashley: Um, come on inside.
[Ian stepped into the trailer and took a seat on the couch. Ashley followed his lead, closing the door behind her.]
Ashley: This is going to be hard to say. Don't be angry, okay?
Ian: Of course not.
Ashley: It's about this guy...
Ian: Oh... Did he hurt you?
Ashley: No, nothing of the sorts. I care a lot about him but I ended up hurting him. I wanted to act casual around him because I knew he wanted to tell me how he felt about me, too. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it or anything. So I made up a quick plan which turned into a real disaster. I don't know what I was thinking, or if I was thinking at all! Maybe I was nervous. I don't know. I just want it all to be better.
Ian: You should go talk to him. Tell him how you feel and it'll all be better.
Ashley: You think so? You aren't upset?
Ian: Nah. I knew going on a date with you was too good to be true. I understand if you don't want to go out with me still. It's just that I was completely captured by your presence when I met you. I thought... maybe...
Ashley: What?
Ian: Maybe we could've turned into something. But I see that you already care a lot about this other guy.
Ashley: Well, you know what? I'll still go out with you tonight. Just because you sat here, listening to my guy problems, when I was suppose to go on a date with you tonight. We'll just forget all about it. Okay? But just for tonight. Who knows? Maybe in the future.
[Ian smiled and kissed her on the cheek.]
Ian: Thanks. I'll see you later, then.
Ashley: 'Kay. Thank you, Ian. Really. I appreciate it a lot.
Ian: Yeah, yeah.
[He chuckled and stood up to leave. There was a loud bang on the trailer door and Ashley screamed. Ian went out to see what it was but nothing and no one was there.]
-With Jackson-
Jackson: I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. IT WAS AN ACT. SHE'S GOING ON A DATE WITH THIS OTHER GUY AND NOW SHE'S PLAYING HIM JUST LIKE SHE PLAYED ME. SHE'S TELLING HIM ABOUT HER PROBLEMS TO GET PITY. IT SEEMS LIKE SHE CARES ABOUT ME BUT SHE STILL GOES OUT WITH THIS GUY! UNBELIEVABLE. Well played, Greene, well played.
[Jackson was walking swiftly in the opposite direction of Ashley's trailer. He heard Ashley and Ian talking and hit the trailer in anger by accident. He fled quickly, afraid of being caught.]
Jackson: She doesn't deserve to know how I feel. Seems like war is the only option now.
