i got it done at the med center here in BR - it cost like $20 along with my health program.

do you already have a doctor at that office?
it took me a while to get in, they aren't always accepting new patients.

once i was accepted there i made an appointment and got a bunch of shit taken care of.

it's funny how this stuff is rarely an actual problem for long term vegans whenever we get our levels checked clinically, but so many flakes use shit as an excuse for dropping it (" oh my doctor told me i had to start eating cheese because my calcium levels are too low")...

My brother-in-law was still living with his parents when he decided to become vegan. After about 6 months they asked him to go to the doctor on their dime to make sure he was healthy. The doctor's reaction to his parents concern was classic - "Healthy? HA! You'll outlive all of us!"
