That guy's a fuckin scummy scammer. Don't waste your time. I remember when I was first getting set up for the ad sales job, he was all like "the paper is an all-volunteer staff", though I was told I'd be getting paid, and I knew just how much he was paying his female staff....ridiculously stupidly large amounts.

i'm ok with the concept of an inverse wage scale based on traditional discrimination towards women and other minorities, but not if its just because he wants to cheat on his wife or something.
