Cooking is fun, and I'm jealous of your baking skills. I would also suggest learning how to cook chicken and potatoes....it is sooooo easy, and delicious if you add some shake and bake (or italian breadcrumbs + egg...)

Seriously, all you do is defrost the chicken, peel and chop up the potatoes, and add some olive oil to the bottom of the pan (not much - chicken basically provides it's own cooking oil) then put it in the oven for about 50 minutes at 375. I guess you can add carrots or something if you want to be healthy....which I very rarely want. Regardless, it is delicious and pretty easy to make. Mmmmmmm chicken.
