Seeing those pictures might just make me cry again. He was such a sweet kid and I'm also in shock. I was so proud of him when he messaged me from his facebook, just because he had made it to Nebraska after years and years of talking about it. I thought it was the cutest thing ever.

Hang in there, Andrea. And if you can, give Dallas a hug for me. I'm sure he will need it.

He didn't apply anywhere else. He had his heart set on Nebraska. I can only hope that I will be able to follow my dreams like he did.
