I need touring experience, SERIOUSLY.
I want to get into tour management and promotions but I've only got the promotions side of that down. I desperately need any experience I can get so if that means selling merch or doing whatever you need done, I am willing to help at no cost to you.

I'm def in the same boat as you. Tour managing is my dream job as well. Unfortunately, it's not really something you can get into unless you know bands and work your way up from there. I'll keep an eye out for ya tho, and let me know if you find anything. Good luck.
