When I say things are final, it usually means that they are still subject to changes of circumstance. The house in DC thing won't be materializing for at least a few months, so I'll be heading to Baltimore for the time being. I guess this IS final, seeing as I have a place and a plane ticket lined up

Spring in the northwest always consists of two days of glorius sun, followed by rain for the next month to month and a half. Forecast in Baltimore calls for a week of sun followed by a week of rain. Knowing the east coast, it will rain for a total of three minutes but I'll get soaked as fuck.
